Terms of Service

Samira Studio helps independent beauty professionals manage clients, appointments, session records, aftercare, messages, and payments. You keep your own client relationships; we provide the software.

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You decide what client information to enter, and you are responsible for having the right to enter it. Before you send a client a text through the service, you must have that client’s express consent to be texted, and you must record it in the app. Sending marketing or automated texts without consent violates these terms and, in the United States, the law (including the TCPA).

You will honor opt-outs. Replying STOP unsubscribes a client automatically; you must not re-add a client who has opted out unless they ask you to.

Don’t use the service to send spam, harass anyone, break the law, infringe someone’s rights, upload malware, or attempt to access accounts or data that aren’t yours. Don’t resell or white-label the service without our written permission.

Client payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe’s own terms; we never hold your money. Where a platform fee applies it is disclosed before you enable payments. Tips go 100% to the artist — we take nothing from a tip, ever. You are responsible for your own taxes.

If and when paid subscription plans apply to your account, price and billing terms will be shown before you are charged.

Your client records, notes, and photos are yours. You grant us only the permission we need to host and display them for you and to deliver the features you use. You can export your client list at any time, and deleting your account removes your content as described in the Privacy Policy.

We work to keep the service running but don’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change, or remove features. If we make a material change to these terms we will update the effective date and notify account holders by email.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, or where required by law — with notice where practical.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California.
